There are three terms each year, each lasting from 8 to 12 weeks. Fall term begins in late September, followed by Winter term in January, then Spring term begins right after Spring Break and ends just before Memorial Day. In the summer, we break from our regular schedule and offer simplified levels with a punch card system, so you can come as your schedule permits.
By participating in full-length terms, students will:
• Work at a more appropriate level of challenge with others at similar levels of experience
• Build a foundation of knowledge, strength and consistency
• Receive more individual attention
REGISTERING FOR A CLASS
Phone-in registration for the next term for new beginning students (Level I - Athletes I-II) starts Tuesday, December 10th, 2013 at 9:00am. The Winter term is an 11-week term starting January 6th. Call the yoga coordinator (503) 223-8157 to sign up. Classes are filled on a first come/first served basis.
For those of you who have previous yoga experience, please call the yoga coordinator at (503) 223-8157 to discuss appropriate Gudmestad levels and find out about class availability. Many classes are full when the term begins, so we suggest you register early to assure your place in class. We also suggest you start your class at the beginning of the term for continuity of instruction, however we may allow you to join a class later as space allows.
Once registered, new students are asked to send in a $25 deposit to reserve a space in class. Deposits are refundable up to 3 days before the first class. If you cannot begin class, please let us know as soon as possible so that we may give the space to another student.
Registrations are for full terms only. Once registered, your place in class is assured for the term, so there are no refunds for late drops. Special consideration is given for a medical problem or family emergency.

Absences may be made up in any class at your level or below your level, within the same term. Please introduce yourself to the teacher of the class you are making up and let him/her know which class you are enrolled in. You may not carry over missed classes into the next term, nor will a refund be issued for missed classes.
